How long does one bar last?

Our bars can last anywhere from 3-6 months depending on usage. 🤩

For average use (3 times per week), we expect our bars to last approximately 3-4 months, although some of our customers have used the same bar for up to 6 months!

If you only shampoo 1-2 times per week, your bar can last 4-6 months!

What is the refund guarantee?

If you don’t like our bars or they don’t work as described, we’ll happily refund you the full amount of your order. ❤️

P.S. if you don’t like your smell, we’ll happily replace it with another one for free!

Are your bars & packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, we use exclusively recycled materials such as recycled paper and recycled cardboard boxes to ship all of our orders to ensure we cause no additional waste.

Our bars are made from natural ingredients and contain zero plastic packaging, meaning once your bar is used, you leave no waste in your bathroom (or anywhere else!), keeping your bathroom clean and sustainable.

Since shampoo bars don’t use water (unlike liquid shampoo) you also reduce your water consumption during your shower time!

We avoid using plastics and other single use materials in our processes as much as possible in order to ensure we help protect our planet.

How to use:

  • #1 Apply to your hair

    Wet your bar under water and gently rub against your wet hair. You will feel your bar start to foam up!

  • #2 Spread through hair

    After your hair is covered, run your fingers through your hair to spread it evenly and thoroughly.

  • #3 Rinse your hair

    Once your hair is covered, rinse out your shampoo & conditioner and feel the silky, smooth texture that's left over!

How long does 1 bar last?

Our bars can last 60 washes or roughly 3-6 months depending on usage.

For average use (3 times per week), we expect our bars to last approximately 4 months, although we've had customers tell us they've lasted 6+ months!

How long does shipping take?

Since our bars are handmade, if you select standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 days.

Are your bars vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! All our bars use zero animal based ingredients, making them 100% vegan!

We never test any products on animals either, ensuring a 100% cruelty free product range which we're very proud of!

Do your bars foam up like a liquid shampoo?

Yes! Your shampoo bar will foam up just like a liquid shampoo, meaning you don’t need to use your shampoo bar for longer than 3-6 seconds to get a full lather over all your hair. 

Once all your hair feels soft and clean, you can rinse it out like normal!

Are your bars all natural?

While our bars are made of mostly natural ingredients, in order to ensure proper cleaning, our bars contain sodium cocoyl isethionate, which is dervied from coconut oil.

This ingredient ensures our shampoo bars properly clean your hair, and is still gentle on all hair types.
